This site advertises itself as a free dating website. You can then make upgrades with to see more features. This is false advertising. You can do absolutely nothing but make a profile for free. If you are going to make a pay only service then make it a pay only service. Don’t lie to people to get their information.

This company I thought was legit is full of scammers. I contacted my bank & got a full refund, no questions asked. My bank knows they are a scam. Fake profiles & people who are dead still on their website, what a joke. Thanks for my money back for your fraudulent website.

I won't waste my money again
On numerous occasions I have not been able to send messages. I click on the icon but message doesn’t send. I have emailed the company to report but have never received a satisfactory answer as the problem still exists. I have called but I apparently get put on hold as music just plays and plays and plays! No one ever answers and my problem never gets corrected. I won’t waste my money again. Starting my 4th month and no correction to the problem.

Their cancellation and refund policy is a rip off. Get ready to jump through fire if you want to cancel. Obviously the reason why so many people want to leave is because this site is inefficient and useless. This site didn’t work out for me and many other people according to the reviews. I suspect they actually don’t aim at providing any dating services. They are focused on conning you out of your hard-earned money by overcharging you and keeping you on automatic renewals until you notice it and start struggling to stop them from taking your money with impunity.

What a nightmare.
You can never reach them. You can’t report a sleazebag on their site, and that is ALL you will encounter. Their website states: “go here to report someone,” but will not route you. “Fill out this form” to complain, and no form pops up. I reported them to the FBI! They hook scammers up with victims and you pay $200 to be lied to non-stop. What a nightmare.

It's too frustrating
I have found this application most annoying to use. I was in the midst of some conversations with some users on the second day of usage for this application. All of a sudden it stopped everything and I needed to verify my account, which means taking a selfie. I hate doing it and I did it like four times. And they all failed. I contacted support the same reply. Unfortunately your account wasn’t verify. How fantastic Seriously, if you already have my phone number, then what’s so hard about verifying the face? Anyway, I’ve given up on this application. It’s too frustrating for nothing. The verifying process shouldn’t be so hard. Obviously the face on pictures will change depending on the environment.

Was a complete waste of money. It’s constant offers to ‘upgrade’ for more money. I get emails saying I have ‘messages’ but when I go to the site, there are none. There are messages saying specific people ‘want to meet you’ but going there, none. The few messages I’ve gotten, I’ve responded to with no reply which makes me think they are not going through. I’ve tried to contact the company but just go round in circles.

100% scam. Fake profiles, the lot. You contact people that have apparently viewed your profile on numerous occasions to find they have not, or they just do not respond. I was overcharged for my membership as well. Typical of how big business can scam workers and get away with it because litigation is not worth the time or effort

Asiandate is Scam
Site uses model pictures, which are real, but the person you speak with is mostly a man or woman, paid by the site to represent the pictures. I’ve spoke to interpreter from this site that was brave enough to tell me this information. She also stated if you want real experience don’t believe ladies on this site. I found one from this site that sends letters to me and others everyday. When I spoke to her on facebook, she was married 2 years ago and was mad at the site for still using her image to attract men. Her profile is still up on site and she “sends” letters out every day.
If you pay close enough attention to this site you will find some groups of ladies are on everyday about the same time. This is because they are working shift work for this company or branch of company used for communication with men.
Also noted a lot of the women wear the same thing in their profile pics. Also some of the women have 2 or more different names on this site. Same poses, same vehicles they stand in front of. Most woman will not send spontaneous pics in places you ask them to take them or in clothes (such as blue dress, or other items to prove they are real) you ask them to wear.
Why aren’t the ladies charged if they are real? It seems that you can make just as much money from them as you do from men if charge them. Would also cut down on fraud also; but we all know the workers get paid by company hired by parent company. I have almost 2000 letters from some of the ladies from this site, each would cost me 5 to 10 dollars a letter to read.
Closing site is for fantasy and not for real dating. Is fun but very expensive. If you are looking for love go someplace else. I will challenge the company to see how many person, of the millions that visit the site, have gone on real face to face dates. I bet .0001 percent. Also note several woman that have computer generated messages and responses, say the are in the United States, or France, England, or other places when the allegedly send out messages or mail, but try to find out where they really are in the place they say they are and they will never give you a straight answer.
